Actually, his version of it goes "*wink* Stop your damn whining and handle it." which was meant in the most flattering of ways, of course. What he meant to say say was," I trust your judgement, Hilary. Please, with your capable hands and intuitive mind, astound me with the way in which you can handle this situation." I don't quite remember what the situation was, but I do remember him saying "Handle it" and my feeling inspired.
